Annie McKinnon makes art to share experiences and observations accessible to everyone. McKinnon has always been obsessed with sound and how it can transport time and place into a new context. Throughout 2015 and 2016 she has been working on a larger installation work made up of lots of sounds recorded around her hometown, Coonabarabran in NSW.

The Coal Cliff is a non-linear narrative that tracks the everyday mundane dramas that make up relationships. Set in a house "squat" at Coal Cliff on the south coast of NSW, the film conflates time (a weekend trip) while expanding a sense of space (coastal cliff backdrop), The film plays with the relationship between sound and image (synchronicity) as a metaphor for unfolding expectations, desires and disappointments necessarily connected with intimacies between lovers, friends and family.3

David Cranswick was appointed Director of dLux media arts in March 2003. Prior to this appointment worked both as a Curator and artist in Western Sydney for over ten years. He was Curator of the Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre in Liverpool (NSW) from 1998 - 2003.

In this time he was responsible for the curation and production of an innovative exhibition program which was built on a strong commitment to community cultural development and engagement with diverse audiences and communities.

Stephen Cummins was an Australian filmmaker, curator and artist active during the 1980s and early 1990s.
